Job summary

Wild Bill's Tobacco in Michigan is seeking a capable Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, staff management, inventory control and financials while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires retail leadership experience and a passion for the tobacco industry.

You will recruit and train staff, optimize product knowledge, manage scheduling, and drive sales performance. The position is full-time and requires working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with store operations and basic math for cash handling and POS use.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train staff.
• Oversee inventory management and product ordering.
• Manage daily store operations including scheduling, cash handling and banking.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
