Ideal candidates bring retail management experience and a passion for the tobacco industry, with ability to work over 40 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of previous managerial experience.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexible to work 12 hour shifts as needed.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train store employees.
• Develop team knowledge to become product experts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and develop selling skills.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, staffing and operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
