Job summary

Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-energy T-Mobile retail team, drive sales, train staff, and maintain store excellence in customer service. You will oversee hiring, scheduling, marketing, and loss prevention to achieve top results in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of retail management and wireless experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years retail sales management experience.
• 2-4 years sales and sales management experience.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and manage hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention and team leadership.
• Be primary point of contact for store employees and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Observe and coach staff interactions, provide feedback and ensure trainings are completed on time.
• Own store success, manage staffing, scheduling, labor, marketing, loss prevention and store expenses.
• Drive store performance, implement programs, monitor sales, inventory and reports.
