SHOE SHOW, INC. Shawnee, OK is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the SHOE DEPT. ENCORE #1017 team in Shawnee. The role emphasizes customer service, profitability, and sales generation, with a focus on creating a positive store environment.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, schedule coverage, oversee merchandise flow, implement promotions, and drive KPI performance. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• One year of retail experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to operate company computer systems.
• Available to work varied hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
• Provide training on product knowledge, customer service, and store operations.
• Set and monitor KPI goals, measure performance, and provide feedback.
• Create monthly schedules ensuring adequate staff coverage.
• Oversee merchandise processing and stock room organization.
• Direct store strategies, promotions, and directives in a timely manner.
• Lead bi-annual inventories.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
