SHOE SHOW, INC. in Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced Store Manager for SHOE DEPT. ENCORE #882. You will lead a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize productivity, and drive sales.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, scheduling shifts, overseeing merchandise flow, and maintaining stockroom standards while implementing company promotions and directives. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory skills required.
• One year retail experience required.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
• Must be able to operate company computer systems.
• Must be available various hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
• Create a monthly schedule to ensure adequate sales floor coverage.
• Oversee merchandise processing and stock room standards.
• Direct and implement strategies, promotions, and directives.
• Lead bi-annual inventories.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
