Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Clarksville, TN, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to collaborate with the store manager on daily operations, merchandising, and driving sales. You will coach a team of sales consultants to achieve service and sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will participate in outreach events and promotions, and benefit from comprehensive training and opportunities for leadership growth within a large telecommunications company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the store manager.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive customer experience.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
