Prime Communications, LP, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Oakdale, CA. You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T offerings.

You will recruit and develop leaders, manage daily operations, and implement company initiatives with your District Manager. This role offers leadership training and career advancement opportunities within a large network.

Competenze

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
