Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC in Loveland, CO, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, sales goals and a high-performing team. This role requires customer focus, strong leadership, and hands-on management of daily activities.

You will drive revenue, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional customer experiences and building relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in T-Mobile or other wireless retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Operational and financial performance management skills, especially site P&L management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Full-time role; minimum 45 hours per week.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Strong problem solving, planning and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand long periods.
• Physical ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and greet customers.
• Manage store operations, staffing, and performance.
• Drive revenue by acquiring new customers and maximizing existing accounts.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team to hit sales goals.
• Ensure store compliance with audits and security procedures.
• Oversee cash, credit, and payment handling; manage register.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory according to standards.
• Set clear team objectives aligned with broader business goals.
