Job summary

TCC Wireless, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Chicago, seeks a Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will manage store operations, staff development, and customer relationships while meeting performance targets.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in wireless retail, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays and a commitment to exceptional customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to meet revenue and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering phones.
• Oversee full store operations: staffing, performance management, opening/closing, service levels and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue through new and existing accounts, revenue opportunities, and strong metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team; hire, coach, and motivate staff.
• Ensure store compliance with audits, cash, credit and register handling, and safety policies.
