Job summary

Apple Store in Thousand Oaks seeks a Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and achieves performance goals. You will actively participate in customer interactions with teammates to drive results.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high‑performing team; leading Floor operations; addressing escalations; driving store priorities, and upholding Apple’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, and a safe work

Qualifications

• Experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Available to work a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, developing and empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers to meet business priorities and deliver exceptional service.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations; partner with leadership and People partners as appropriate.
• Drive store priorities and achieve performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies in assigned areas.
• Maintain and uphold company policies and protect assets including confidential information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering inclusion.
