Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team delivering exceptional customer experiences across the store. You will actively participate in customer interactions with team members to achieve performance goals and business priorities.

You will recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team and drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategies while upholding Apple policies and protecting assets. Inclusive leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like.
• Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
• Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.
