You will participate in a structured program preparing you for a Store Manager role within 3–6 months, relocating to a new or group of stores as needed.

You’ll support talent management, scheduling, payroll, and visual standards while gaining hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required; business/retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment; fashion industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and executing company direction.
