Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Store Manager for the Warsaw, IN location to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding company policies and mission.

As District Manager reports annually, you will recruit, train, and supervise employees, implement corrective actions, maintain store safety, and optimize processes to achieve profitability and a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or the ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for staff and management.
• Solid understanding of sales, budgeting, and inventory management to ensure store profitability.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail software.
• Ability to resolve customer issues professionally and maintain service standards.
