Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and hold them accountable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff, customers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee and manage all operational processes within the store to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with the District Manager and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Supervise and manage stock procedures.
• Perform daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintain safety and security of the premises and merchandise.
