Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Automotive retail exposure or experience analyzing Profit & Loss statements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team with a focus on WOW! customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Learn to manage and reconcile monthly P&L statements to improve profitability.
• Support store operations, ensure policy compliance, and uphold training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to build a strong team.
• Lead customer service activities and proactively resolve concerns.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training to learn store operations and AutoZone culture.
