Qualifications

• 1 year to 2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills in Spanish and English.

• Lead leadership training with hands-on assignments and progressive responsibilities.
• Support store operations and customer service excellence.
• Demonstrate initiative and strong leadership to progress into management.
