General Description:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service. You will learn effective store management, including scheduling staff, managing appointments, and tracking profitability. We invite you to invest in your future with us; apply now!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driving sales goals through customer interactions, including tire and service sales
• Building customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction by liaising between technicians and customers
• Managing the service department as needed
• Assisting in training and developing service staff
• Explaining warranties, promotions, and advertisements
• Using provided tools to recommend services based on manufacturing guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and safe work and customer area
• Performing manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• No relocation offered
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
