Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with store operations and administrative duties.
• Learn all product areas and department procedures.
• Support selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager’s absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales data, and expenses to support profitability.
• Ensure quality customer service and implement policies across departments.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
