Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets
• Plan actions to achieve departmental and store goals
• Act as acting Store Manager in absence of the Store Manager
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards
• Maintain quality customer service per manuals
• Promote and sell services and merchandise
• Uphold company policies and procedures
