Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
• Plan actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Own store responsibilities in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and standards.
• Perform general admin duties as needed.
