Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with store operations and admin duties
• Learn product areas, merchandising, restocking and scheduling
• Take on Store Manager responsibilities in their absence
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments
• Monitor inventory, sales and expenses to support profitability
• Direct staff to ensure department duties and standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service per manuals and policies
• Promote services and merchandise and maintain policies
