• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.

• Step in for Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department duties and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure exceptional customer service per manuals and policies.
• Promote and sell Hibbett I City Gear services and merchandise.
