Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in footwear or athletic apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Supervise store operations in the Manager in Training role.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness and support loss prevention.
