Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• In the Store Manager's absence, assume supervisory responsibilities for the entire store.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments when needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities meet standards.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service following the company manuals and policies.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
