Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

• Self-starter with initiative and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Possess sole responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support store profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
