Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in footwear or apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Confer with Store Manager to plan actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Maintain awareness of inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold company policies and internal control procedures.
