Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance across departments to staff and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Lead and direct staff to ensure department standards are met and customer service remains high.
