Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with assets control.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager duties.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and assist customers during peak times.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and standards.
• Protect assets and financial information; report fraud risk.
