Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of 1 year of education and experience after completion of high school.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to continuously lift material up to 25 pounds, with frequent lifting of cases up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to work a schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by building a loyal customer base and enhancing NH Liquor Commission reputation.
• Acts as a store manager in a low volume retail environment and supervises store personnel up to the Retail Salesperson III level.
• Assists with managing daily store operations including opening/closing, merchandising displays, deposits and inventory.
• Provides routine training and guidance to operations staff.
• Accounts for stock and maintains inventory levels including anticipated sale items.
• Calculates sales transactions and prepares bank deposits.
• Reviews computer printouts and makes recommendations to the Store Manager.
• Supervises employees and may fill in for higher-level managers when needed.
• Occasionally travels to other store locations.
