The State of New Hampshire Liquor Commission seeks a Retail Store Manager I in Plaistow to oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a low-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, merchandising, deposits, inventory, and staff training, with the flexibility to cover higher-level positions as needed. Salary ranges from $17.81 to $23.39 per hour.

Qualificações

• Equivalent combination of 1 year of education and experience after completion of high school.
• Valid driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Provides exceptional customer service and builds a loyal customer base.
• Acts as store manager in a low-volume retail environment and supervises staff up to Retail Salesperson III.
• Assists with opening/closing, merchandising displays, deposits, and inventory.
• Trains and guides employees; maintains stock levels and handles bank deposits.
• May travel to other store locations as needed.
