The State of New Hampshire, Liquor Commission, is seeking a Retail Store Manager I in New London, NH. You will supervise store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage daily tasks, staffing, merchandising, and deposits in a low- to moderate-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with NH Liquor Commission policies. Weekend and evening shifts are required. Valid driver’s license is a must.

Formación

• Education/Experience: Equivalent combination of 1 year of education and experience after completion of high school.
• License/Certification: Valid driver’s license.
• Other Requirements: Must be able to continuously lift material up to 25 pounds, with frequent lifting up to 60 pounds, andwork a schedule including day, evening, and weekend hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provides exceptional customer service by building a loyal customer base and enhancing NH Liquor Commission reputation.
• Acts as a store manager in a low to moderate volume retail environment and supervises store personnel.
• In larger stores, assists with opening/closing, merchandising displays, deposits, and inventory management.
• Provides routine training and guidance to store staff.
• Maintains stock levels and anticipates sale items.
• Calculates sales transactions and makes bank deposits.
