Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by building a loyal customer base.
• Acts as a store manager in a low volume retail environment and supervises store personnel up to the Retail Salesperson III level.
• In larger stores, assists with daily store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, deposits, and inventory.
• Provides routine training and guidance to store employees.
• Manages stock and maintains inventory levels.
• Calculates sales transactions and performs bank deposits.
• Supervises store personnel and can fill in for higher-level managers when needed.
