Job summary

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at one of our retail locations. You will lead staff, manage inventory and finances, and deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience and a passion for tobacco products, with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure store compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Passion for the tobacco industry and products.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the store staff.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Oversee daily store operations including cash handling.
• Set performance expectations and monitor staff performance.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotions to drive traffic.
• Ensure store compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Open and close the store and manage security.
