WILD BILLS TOBACCO STAFFING LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at one of our retail locations. You will manage staff, inventory, and finances while delivering exceptional customer service in a tobacco retail environment.

The role requires experience in retail management, team leadership, and a passion for the tobacco industry. You will work over 40 hours a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with responsibilities spanning hiring, training, scheduling, cash

• Experience in leading and coaching store staff and developing product knowledge.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet sales goals within a tobacco retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the store employees on an ongoing basis.
• Create opportunities to develop team's product knowledge to be the expert.
• Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage and supervise a team of retail employees, including scheduling and performance management.
• Promote company policies and procedures and ensure all employees comply.
• Guide team to identify and implement changes to improve productivity.
• Set clear performance expectations and ensure training in sales, customer service, and operations.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure inventory is properly stocked and manage levels and ordering.
• Gain product knowledge and stay aware of launches and promotions.
• Build relationships with customers to suggest products.
• Meet or exceed sales and operational goals.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, scheduling, service, cash reconciliation, and deposits.
• Assist customers with sales transactions and service.
• Develop plans to maximize sales and drive performance.
• Identify performance opportunities and work with District Manager on improvements.
• Stay informed on corporate directives and procedures.
• Implement programs to increase efficiency in sales, service, operations, and branding.
• Most business hours on the sales floor, mentoring staff and running the business.
