Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information.
• Escalate unresolved issues to District Director of Operations when needed.
• Handle and count currency; manage cash drawer and deposits as required.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies and regulations.
