Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability for one or more retail locations within our Check ’N Go, Allied Cash, or Cash Store brands.

You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and manage staff in a fast-paced financial services environment. Responsibilities include cash handling, regulatory compliance, and collaborating with district leadership to recruit and onboard Assistant Store Managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Ability and willingness to embrace core values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and profitability of one or more locations.
• Interact with customers, using active listening to resolve issues and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations and Corporate Office when needed.
• Handle and process transactions per company policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate training to achieve store metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores within the district.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
