Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and profitability of one or more store locations.
• Lead store staff and ensure excellent customer service and sales culture.
• Interact with customers, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and ensure compliance with policies.
