Job summary

Responsibilities include directing merchandise movement, overseeing omni-channel initiatives, and developing a diverse talent pipeline to meet business needs. This role requires availability for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the in-store experience by coaching associates and support leaders to meet KPI targets.
• Develop and communicate store strategies aligned to the company plan and foster growth and innovation.
• Deliver financial plans and drive KPI performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis; adjust as needed.
• Foster recognition, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accountability.
• Resolve customer and associate feedback with urgency and care.
• Plan merchandise movement to respond to trends and ensure stock availability.
• Oversee omni-channel activities (Charge/Send, Buy Online Pick Up In Store).
• Lead talent strategy, recruiting and developing a diverse, capable team.
