The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Manager. The role requires leadership, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to merchandising, payroll, and guest service, with travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in apparel retail with volume.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations as needed.
