Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Express store at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. You will lead and motivate associates, coach in the moment, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while upholding company standards and policies.

You will manage floor operations, merchandise flow, scheduling, and omni-channel activities, while building a strong team, delivering results, and participating in product launches and visual updates.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and supervisors.
• Demonstrated sales accountability.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers and/or processes at once.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide coaching to store associates on floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute action plans that optimize results.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure proper associate coverage.
• Manage checkout experience and merchandise flow including Omni-channel operations.
• Monitor customer service quality and schedule staff effectively.
• Lead and model the customer experience and product knowledge.
