Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales floor, achieve set sales goals, and oversee daily operations across the GCNA network.

You will mentor Retail Sales Associates, ensure customer service excellence, manage inventory, and uphold security, health, and safety policies. Will transfer between stores as needed and maintain store branding.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations to meet sales goals.
• Lead and develop Retail Sales Associates.
• Ensure store is clean and reflects Goodwill brand.
• Manage staffing, coaching, performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security, health and safety policies.
• Handle complex sales transactions including returns.
• Transfer between stores as needed.
