Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to drive daily retail operations at a Mesa location. You will lead the Production Team, Assistant Store Manager(s), and Donation Attendants to achieve store goals and deliver excellent donor and customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership. A comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers' license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to drive donations and strategy.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet sales budget targets.
• Ensures payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Delivers excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Partners with community organizations to promote the mission.
• Leads and develops Team Members and oversees Donation Attendants.
• Oversees donation processing, pricing, and display per standards.
• Collaborates with other stores to optimize area performance.
