Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a destination-style retail environment.
• 1+ years of management in a sales or customer service retail environment.
• 3+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ years of telecommunications or wireless experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to exceed sales targets.
• Foster strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
• Uphold Spectrum’s brand standards and deliver outstanding sales and customer care.
• Assess sales behaviors and product knowledge, driving improvements.
• Identify sales and operational issues and develop actionable strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise on store functions, pricing, promotions and service features.
