Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership experience in retail sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel store staff; enforce company policies.
• Train and develop coworkers; recruit and hire as needed.
• Educate customers on leasing options and ensure outstanding service.
