Job summary

Acima is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and account management while delivering exceptional customer service. You will promote Acima’s leasing benefits, process applications, and convert inquiries into credit customers at our partner store locations.

The role requires coordinating with partner stores, educating customers on terms, and driving conversions through both in-store and web channels. A team-oriented, flexible schedule is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through web, partner stores and walk-ins.
• Listen to and fulfill all customer needs promptly.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms and application process.
• Close sales by converting applications from in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with Acima partner stores and report to Store Manager.
