Job summary

Acima is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations in a partner store, drive revenue, and manage staff. You will recruit, train, and coach coworkers, ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales goals and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include directing daily activities, promoting the rental/lease process, and building strong partnerships with store teams to maximize performance. This role requires leadership and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven track record in retail sales management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers daily.
• Motivate, coach and counsel store staff; apply company policies.
• Identify and promote coworkers for promotions to Store Manager roles.
• Establish partnerships to generate referrals and educate on rental/lease processes.
• Train and assess coworkers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee sales activities and ensure revenue growth; manage customer interactions.
