Job summary

Acima LLC seeks a Sales Manager to lead store teams in assigned retail partner locations. You will drive revenue, recruit and develop staff, and promote Acima’s lease-to-own solutions to customers. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven track record in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of inventory/merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of store coworkers daily.
• Motivate, evaluate, coach, and counsel staff; enforce policies.
• Identify and promote coworkers for advancement.
• Build partnerships with store personnel for referrals and educate on rental process.
• Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee sales objectives and achieve revenue growth.
• Explain lease terms and delivery protocols to customers; monitor overdue accounts.
• Maintain a positive work environment and minimize turnover.
• Recruit and hire store staff as needed.
