Job summary

Acima is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales and lease conversions across partner stores. You will manage customer relationships, review lease applications, and educate customers on leasing options and terms.

The role emphasizes teamwork with Acima partner stores, delivering high-quality customer service while contributing to growth through various channels, including web and in-store orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in account management and sales activities.
• Process credit turn-down applications and web orders; convert to Acima credit customers.
• Review lease applications and promote Acima's leasing benefits.
• Drive conversions and close sales by converting applications (in-store and web orders).
• Collaborate with partner stores and report store performance to the Store Manager.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive store environment.
