Qualifications

• Supervisory experience leading a retail team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts and travel locally as needed.
• Criminal background check and online assessment required.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; Excel knowledge a plus.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and service excellence.
• Coach and motivate the team, set goals, and recognize performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet sales targets.
• Oversee staff, cleanliness, and stock; manage expenses per LP directives.
