Job summary

AT&T in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Store Manager-1 Focus to lead daily store operations, coach a team of retail sales consultants, and ensure customers receive best-in-class service and experiences with our products.

You’ll partner with a store manager, drive merchandising and product launches, and participate in off-site events. We provide paid training and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience and a knack for planning and analysis.

Responsibilities
